Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Inkspire Books. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Certain items, such as print-on-demand books or custom kits, may require additional processing time.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through reliable logistics partners and courier companies.

Typical delivery timelines:

Metro Cities 3–5 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities 5–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to courier availability, local conditions, and unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner rates

Promotions such as Free Shipping may apply during selected campaigns or above minimum order values.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s system.


5. Delays & Courier Issues

Inkspire Books is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Address issues

  • Natural disruptions or strikes

Once a package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit rests with the shipping partner.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Inkspire Books will not:

  • Replace orders lost due to incorrect/incomplete addresses

  • Refund payments for such orders

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the re-shipping cost.


7. Damaged or Wrong Items (Exception Clause)

Although we maintain a No Return / No Refund policy, replacements may be provided ONLY if:

  1. The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  2. You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. You provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Upon verification, a replacement will be shipped free of cost.
Refunds will not be issued in any case.


8. International Shipping

At present, Inkspire Books ships only within India.
For international delivery requests, please reach out to us directly at support@inkspirebooks.com.


9. Order Not Received

If your order is marked delivered by the courier but you have not received it:

  • Please check with your security guard, neighbors, or building management.

  • If still not located, raise a ticket with us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

We will coordinate with the courier to help trace the package, but we cannot guarantee replacements for orders marked as delivered.
